Remaining gaps.
55 withheld lead groups remain outside the unsupported graph claims. Of these, 53 await original evidence, one has an access route excluded by the user, and one is excluded on primary counterevidence. Supported narrower context can remain in the graph; this is not a list of 55 wholly absent companies.
Separately, 1,997 of 2,039 visual candidates remain deferred. Across 3,873 saved labelled objects, 3,805 received no new visual disposition in the bounded pass. Neither count means missing investments. Full-board claim verification is incomplete.

Priority unresolved ownership claims
Riverside — Brookfield investment bridge
miro-review-8605ee88d34e
The original 705 MB SEC historical Part 1 archive was obtained. Filing-ID joins identify 19 CRD 160523 Riverside filings (2012–2024) and 311 Schedule A/B rows, including March 31 and September 11, 2017 filings. None names Parkwood. Exact-name Parkwood LLC candidates instead join to another adviser and are not transferred to Riverside. Schedule B thresholds prevent an absence or exit inference. Parkwood’s exact 2017 legal investee and the proposed Brookfield investment remain unverified. Only the unsupported residual investment claim remains withheld. Bounded visual audit explicitly checked BGRS-to-Riverside connector 3458764662938590317 and its Sold in 2016 annotation. The original Brookfield June 27, 2019 release instead records BGRS sold to Relo Group. The proposed Riverside 2016 transaction and board retained-CAF-contract question remain unverified; no Riverside/BGRS or retained-contract edge is admitted. This does not prove no separate historical transaction ever occurred.
Evidence needed: An original 2017 sale agreement, subscription document or company shareholder record naming Parkwood and the exact Riverside investee. The reviewed historical adviser ownership tables do not resolve it. For newly explicit visual subclaims, exact-party original transaction/shareholder schedules and, for the CAF question, the original contract and retention documents are required.
EverWind — Brookfield investment bridge
miro-review-3ae7cf433682
EverWind’s original Burin project FAQ says its development capital is founder-funded and describes future construction equity partners. It does not identify the shareholders or order of EverWind Fuels Holdings LLC, EverWind Fuels LLC and Toronto Diamond Laredo LLC. Founder/CEO status, development funding and anticipated equity are not converted into ownership of those parents. No new upstream ownership link or Brookfield investment is admitted. Only the unsupported residual investment claim remains withheld.
Evidence needed: An original operating agreement, shareholder filing or signed financing ownership schedule for the three exact EverWind parents. Reopen for a concrete original document, not another founder biography or general funding announcement.
National Realty — Brookfield investment bridge
miro-review-28fc1058ad21
Cornell’s original April 2026 event-host biography now adds a narrowly attributed Richard Baker owner description for National Realty & Development Corp. This is more recent named-owner context, not a full/current company cap table. Percentages, other shareholders, beneficial ownership, estate succession and Brookfield equity remain unverified. The separate 2024 SEC proxy describes a chairman role, not share ownership; raw download was blocked. Only the unsupported residual investment claim remains withheld. Bounded visual audit checked the NRDC-to-HBC connector, HBC crest above NRDC, and $3.4bn Brookfield/HBC property-venture wording. These do not establish identical company identity, NRDC shareholder interests in HBC, or the claimed Brookfield property venture. Existing original-source HBC/RioCan extract names RioCan and separately Simon; historical Brookfield tenancy is a separate admitted relationship. No unsupported corporate equity chain is added.
Evidence needed: A current original company ownership/shareholder record or signed transaction ownership schedule identifying percentages and other owners of National Realty & Development Corp. The university biography cannot establish sole ownership or share succession. For newly explicit visual subclaims, exact-party original transaction/shareholder schedules and, for the CAF question, the original contract and retention documents are required.
Brookfield (IOM) Limited | Isle of Man
miro-review-d4f423d86937
Registry registration and the GBP 2 purchase route were skipped at the user’s request. Free Companies House records match overseas entity OE006915 to Isle of Man company 111775C and give limited registrable beneficial-control context. Two additional original 2023/2024 update PDFs were reviewed alongside existing 2022/2025 filings. The 2023 index label conflicts with its PDF, which states no changes; both are retained. No reviewed free source establishes the proposed Brookfield group ownership bridge. The September 21, 2026 Isle of Man Annual Return remains unobtained and unreviewed. No connection is added; this lead stays excluded. No payment was submitted.
Evidence needed: A freely accessible original shareholder, parent-company, subsidiary or signed transaction document matching company 111775C and naming the exact Brookfield group counterparty and dated legal role. Revisit only when such evidence appears; do not require registry registration or payment.
